About the location: Ten Storehouse Row is located in the Old Navy Yard, once a bustling U.S. Navy shipyard along the Cooper River. Now dubbed Noisette, the property was repurposed in the late 1990s and has since become a hub for a growing number of design- and creative-based businesses. Today, its impressive roster of tenants includes the Urban Electric Company, the American College of the Building Arts, and Clemson University’s Restoration Institute. The Noisette property also serves as the set for Lifetime’s hit series Army Wives. The former military warehouses and utility buildings retain their industrial, early 20th-century architecture, while being adapted for modern use. The waterfront site was revitalized around a shared commitment to
environmental sustainability.
